The Jannones are wonderful people. I worked in the same office with them every day. I saw first hand how they treated campers and know what went on when no one else was around. They truly love Ballibay and care deeply about every camper.

Dorothy Jannone
Dottie Jannone grew up in Newark, NJ, and attended East Side HS there. She earned a BA in Art Education and an MFA. She attended Newark State (Kean College), The New School, and NYU. She taught Art in Mountainside, NJ for 14 years before making The Ballibay Camps her full time profession.
She and her husband Gerard Jannone founded The Ballibay Camps in 1964.
Dottie passed away on September 5, 2008. A Facebook Group was started in her memory.
