If you are planning to have your camper fly to camp, please call us.
When you have all your flight details, please login to your online account and fill out the supplemental form providing us with arrival and departure information.
Campers flying in will arrive one day before their session's opening day except for the Theater Workshop. Campers flying out will depart on normal departure date at the end of their session.
All details will be covered when you decide on having your camper fly in. The following information is to give you some of the basics:
luggage: Ship all luggage to camp except for 1 carry on bag and musical instruments. UPS handles most of our luggage and are here daily. Plan on shipping luggage home after camp also.
transportation: We pick up and deliver campers to Wilkes Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP), a small airport with excellent facilities, a little over one hour from camp. We try to coordinate group pick-ups, having as many campers as possible arriving within a few hours of one another. This is a good reason for you to make sure you contact camp with your flight plans before making them firm.
costs: Group airport pick up is $50.00 each way; individual pick up is $95.00 each way.
