We enjoyed the music and dance revue... better than some of the professional performances we have attended.

We are excited to for the 3rd summer have the Annex Dance Company in residence at Ballibay and the Endless Mountains Dance Camp.
Members of Annex will join the Ballibay teaching team in offering the daily technique classes, will set one of the company's pieces on Ballibay campers to be performed with members of the company in the camp's Dance Concert.
The company members will be an integrated part of the day-to-day life of the camp, participating in classes, rehearsals, and warm-ups alongside the campers, performing with campers in the Dance Concert, and pursuing their own work of shooting a new dance film and rehearsing several new pieces.

Undertoe Dance Project fuses the artistry of contemporary jazz dance with the percussive rhythms of tap dance. Under the artistic direction of Dana Fisch, the movement is athletic yet graceful, aggressive yet smooth and challenges the conventional definitions of tap and jazz dance. Founded in early 2008, Undertoe is active in the Tri-state area in both presenting dance and spreading dance awareness and education. With educational outreach in schools, adult tap classes, and the popular Tappy Hour event, Undertoe connects with the community, making dance an accessible, exciting art form for both observers and participants. Undertoe hopes to shed some light on Jazz and Tap, two under represented forms of dance, while also bringing concert dance to those who don't necessarily view themselves as dance goers.
We are delighted that the exceptional Maya de Silva Chafe will be teaching Flamenco dance during the 2009 Dance Intensive. Maya is currently dancing in the Metropolitan Opera's La Traviata and teaching dance at Rutgers University.
